2010 TOUR DATES AND COSTS
Package Dates Price Plans
Reverse Tours Jan-Dec, 2010 $3495.00 16 Guidance Directors on campus

For the past 18 years AutopistaAmericas has conducted tours for guidance counselors to over 500 different college's and universities. These counselors are selected on the basis of awareness and interest in working with American universities. These tours are managed and coordinated by AutopistaAmericas in conjunction with Rampolla Associates out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The tours are 12 months a year.

This is an invitation for a USA University to host 16 Guidance Directors from North America, including USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the U.S. Virgin Islands during the week of May XXXX, 2008. Our guests will be arriving in the states on Sunday, May XX and will be visiting 10 universities. You will receive examples of the past years when the AutopistaAmericas Tour visited universities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington DC, West Virginia, and New England.

2010 marks our 18th year in coordinating these "Reverse Tours."

Typically, each university receives the 16 for either breakfast, lunch or dinner and has panel discussions with members of the administration, enrollment staff, faculty members, current students et al (see earlier attachments). Mini tours are also quite popular along with "Special Events" that are planned. In all, you would have the counselors for between 4-5 hours. We would provide you with a complete profile of each of the "visiting" counselors along with a fact sheet from each of the high schools they represent. These secondary schools have been selected based on a past trend of placing students stateside.

This plan is made affordable through special airfares and lodging discounts contained through AutopistaAmericas coupled by the fact that the total cost is divided equally among the 10 host universities. Over the years, the average cost per university has been about $3495.00. This one price delivers 16 guidance directors to your door. It has worked well with excellent results. You will also be provided a full line up of the names of the counselors, school they represent and a brief discription of their background.

In the meantime if you have any questions please feel free to contact this office or any of the schools who have hosted the counselors.
